Wednesday morning and Michael Owen's is out of the World Cup after rupturing his anterior cruciate knee ligament in last nights 2-2 draw with Sweden and is the subject of todays media attention. This isn't going to be an easy one though as the England training camp is a hilltop fortress at the Schlosshotel in Buhlerhohe but this doesn't stop Barcroft Media who I'm working with wanting me to get pix of the injured striker leaving the country.

About two years ago I made the staement that I would never do celeb / paparazzi style photography................. Well, I've been well and truely forced to eat my words with my latest job as I've been on the trail of the England World Cup squad WAGS (That's wives and girlfriends to anyone who hasn't seen a British tabloid newspapers in recent weeks). On Tuesday 20th June I sent out from home and caught the 6pm Norfolk Lines ferry from Dover to Dunkerque (Dunkirk), then drove a route that took me through France, Belgium, Luxembourg, back through France and into Germany, arriving in the Spa town of Baden Baden where the WAGS are residing in the luxury Brenner's Park Hotel at around 7 am on the Wednesday morning.
